Killarnée Targa South West is designed as a practise event and as such no overall results will be compiled or recorded; competitors will get their Stage Times on their Time Card only. The event is being run for all tarmac rally competitors and also other competitors with vehicles that don’t quite comply to the CAMS Tarmac Rally Technical Regulations, so they too can experience the thrill of tarmac rallying, subject to CAMS approval on a vehicle by vehicle basis. The goal is that these competitors will then consider modifying their vehicles to comply with the CAMS Tarmac Rally Technical Regulations to participate in events such as QUIT Targa West and other CAMS Tarmac Rallies.
